| Perform the following instructions in order to fix the issue.
To resolve the problem, fix the dependency information for the Spooler service.
a. Click Start, Run and type the following:
b. CMD /K SC CONFIG SPOOLER DEPEND= RPCSS
Alternately, to accomplish this using Registry Editor:
a. Click Start, Run and type Regedit.exe
b. Navigate to the following branch
c. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ Spooler
d. In the right-pane, double-click the DependOnService value
e. Delete the existing data, and then type RPCSS
f. Close Regedit.exe | |
