Unable to print email

Bypass the spooling process.

Windows XP: Click on start --> printers and faxes
Windows vista: Click on start --> under the search box type control printers and hit enter. The printer

folder will appear.

Right click on the printer icon and select properties.

Click on the tab Advanced.

Check the "Print directly to the printer " box.

Click on Apply --> Ok.

Take a test print and check if it works.
